Rachel typically photographs guests during the drinks reception before painting discreetly throughout the event from a dedicated setup area. Guests are invited to return later in the evening to collect their illustration, creating a naturally interactive experience woven into the celebration itself.

Illustration numbers vary depending on guest interaction, outfit detail, event flow, and the level of detail within each piece. Rachel’s priority is always to create as many portraits as possible while maintaining the quality and thoughtful experience the studio is known for.
Can the experience be tailored to our event?
Absolutely. Each event is approached individually, with illustration experiences tailored to suit the atmosphere, guest count, timeline, and style of the celebration. Bespoke experiences are also available for multi-day events, brand activations, and destination celebrations.
Event Setup
Rachel typically works from a dedicated setup area with access to electricity and suitable lighting. Requirements are minimal and can be coordinated seamlessly with your planner or venue team ahead of the event.
How far in advance should we enquire?
Due to a limited number of events being accepted annually, early enquiries are always recommended, particularly for peak wedding dates and destination celebrations.
What is the investment?
Experiences are tailored individually depending on guest count, event flow, location, and the level of coverage required.
Wedding and private event experiences currently begin from €950.

Yes - Rachel is based in Ireland and available worldwide for luxury weddings, private celebrations, and brand events. Previous events have taken place across Ireland, England, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Mallorca, and the United States.
