I am thrilled to team up with my amazing friend, Rachel to offer an immersive workshop series. Kicking off with The Full Moon Edition. This workshop will harness the power of the full moon’s influence on our emotions, intentions, and personal growth. Through our combined expertise in mindfulness practices and artistry, we will guide participants on a journey of releasing unwanted worries and negativity, while nurturing a space for positive affirmations and intentions to flourish. The workshop culminates in the creation of unique and meaningful artworks.

It's our mission to empower individuals to tap into their inner wisdom, embrace their creativity and cultivate a greater sense of mindfulness and self-awareness through the mediums of meditation and art.

When: Wednesday 30th August 2023

Time: 7pm - 9.30pm

Where: The full event will be held under one roof at Angel Times, 15 Shannon Street, Limerick City, and will go between my art studio and the workshop space of Angel Times.

• Full Moon Meditation
• Energy Cleansing, Protection and the Introduction of a Daily Practise
• Creation of Full Moon Inspired Painting
• Tie Cutting & Gratitude

No pressure, just fun: The workshop is designed to be a fun and relaxed experience. It’s about immersing yourself in the meditations and creative flow, and enjoying the journey without the pressure of achieving a specific outcome. This workshop is designed to be a welcoming and enjoyable experience for amateur painters, no prior experience is required.

All attendees will go home with a beautiful gift to help you on your journey.

The cost for this workshop is €50 paid in advance.
